
Hypnotherapy
Is a therapy used by a qualified Hypnotherapists by using hypnosis to aid you into a deeply relaxed state (trance) As a Hypnotherapist I will guide and support you to re-edit and reprogram patterns of behaviour and unpleasant memories and habits.
Hypno – comes from the Greek Term of ‘Sleep’ (although you not go to sleep there are several different layers to trance)
Coaching
Coaching aims to produce optimal performance and improvement
It focuses on specific skills and goals that you want to achieve
Your personal attributes (assets) are taken into consideration in order to see help support your personal development
Meditation
Meditation is defined by the Cambridge dictionary the act of giving your attention to only one thing, either as a religious activity or as a way of becoming calmer and more relaxed
It can also be described as a set of techniques intended to increase a relaxed state of mental awareness and focused attention.
Can be done alone, listening to music or via guided meditation experts.
Commonally verbal instructions are given to guide their clients through the process.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
People who use this technique believe tapping the body can create a balance in your energy system and treat pain. Similar to acupuncture, EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused
Mindfulness
Mindfulness. It’s a pretty straightforward word. It suggests that the mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through
