'The Importance of Sleep and Relaxation during Peri/Menopause' 

We wanted to bring you a supportive, friendly and easy to understand guide to the Menopause using both our personal and professional knowledge and expertise. 
We will discuss: 
• What is menopause 
• The Endocrine system 
• key hormones, what they are and what they do. 
• Why now is crucial in putting yourself first to maximize your health for longevity and risks of not managing your health. 
• Why is sleep and relaxation so important to your well-being (especially during menopause) 
You will receive: 
• A 2 and a half hours Menopause Master class 
'The Importance of Sleep and Relaxation during Peri/Menopause' 
• Demonstrations of Aromatherapy 
• Demonstrations of Reflexology 
• A discussion of four amazing essential oils for calming the nervous system, aiding a peaceful sleep and reducing anxiety. 
• A talk on the benefits of meditation and hypnotherapy (how it can minimize anxiety, help with deeper sleep and a cooler menopause) 
• A deep relaxation/hypnotherapy session approx. 25 minutes 
• You will also receive a 30-page health information pack (information on H.R.T, other options, useful contacts, symptom tracker) along with an essential oil blend to take away.
